DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

 Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we are currently only shipping within the USA.

What is your return policy ?

Because of COVID-19 we are not doing any refunds or exchanges until further notice. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

What if I'm missing an item?

Very rare, but things happen! Please email teamdolce@shopdolcevintage.com  with full name and order # to get further assistance.

How do you pick your vintage and preloved items?

All vintage and preloved gems are handpicked for their one of a kind uniqueness. With many vintage pieces, the sizing can be different and will have the modern size equivalent noted. The condition of the item will always be stated with additional pictures. ALL VINTAGE GEMS ARE FINAL SALE 

How long does shipping take on items from the collection?

LDV gem tees are made to order & can take 1-2 weeks for processing & production.

Swimsuits, Phone Cases and bags are made to order & can take 1-3 weeks for processing & production

Vintage & Preloved gems ship 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Once in the mail, the tracking number will be emailed to you. After an item ships we are no longer responsible for its contents. 

Never received my order?

Rare, but possible. If this occurs and you do not receive order within 2 weeks, please email your invoice # and will work on getting the issue resolved. 

Does my order include a tracking #?

YES! All orders will receive a tracking # once package is shipped via email
